How do I contact Kaiser HR Connect? ›

Navigate to doehrconnect.custhelp.com and select the Employee Log In button. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer or Chrome. Also available on your mobile device! Enter your DOE/Windows User Name and Password.

The goal of HR Connect is to provide State employees with information that is both informative and useful in a format that is easy to read and navigate.

If you prefer, you may file a grievance online at kaiserpermanente.org, in person at your local Member Service office, or by phone by calling 1-800-464-4000.

Unum HR Connect automates benefits administration with accurate, real-time data exchange across systems to help you get the most out of your HRIS investment and make benefits easier to manage.

The HR department maintains records regarding the compensation and benefits employees receive from the company. Compensation-related documents may include salary structure information for different employees, official processes for raises and explanations about how pay periods work.

After 1 year of employment, you're eligible for an employer matching contribution of up to 1.25 percent. Your contribution increases by 1 percent per year up to 6 percent unless you opt out. You're immediately 100 percent vested in your contributions to your account.
